Vista Ultimate X64 4 Gb memory ATI x1800 crossfire video card.
Unlimited health, ammo works great. add 1000 xp works, but then I get XP 1000/200 or what have you and don't level up. Also add 10000 caps doesn't work at all. The audio works, but No caps
Unsure what to do now.
Also can't get the console to open either. ~ key doesn't do anything. I have seen the "transparent console" threads but that is not the case. No cursor, no text input, and even if I type the cheats in nothing happens. Otherwise I would just get the caps I need that way.

when I activate it and use any option after trying to talk to the tunnel snakes it crashes to windows with no error message.
