Great game, lots of replayability. Go almost anywhere, play the way you want. If you liked oblivion, then you will probably like this game. Pc version is the best route to go, because of all the mods that are coming, in the near furture, that will increase re-playability even further.

PC or 360 is the way to go as both have Exclusive DLC. PS3 is not getting any DLC for this game.
That and the PC version will have user made mods eventually. I know one person is already planning on adding COG armor from Gears of War and a bunch of the armors from halo 3
