In the Folder single/data/environment there is a file defaultkeys.cfg.it has a command line:in_bind ` "toggleconsole"
which is the tilde key.I can't get the console to come up though pushing this key.I suspect you need to add some command code into the file:start_single_player_game.cmd which starts the single player game,it is located in the games main folder.If anyone can fiqure it out let us Know!
