Does anyone else have this problem (and maybe a solution)?
I'm not sure if it's my setup or because I maxed my stats out too much heh.
Playing a bit more it seems that VATS wont work on enemy humans and enemy robots; works fine on bugs and friendlies though...

Hmm seems to be an on and off problem. Not even using the trainer and the game is crashing a lot :/

It's got to be your hardware. The game is extremely stable on most systems that can handle it. Try setting all detail options to their lowest, turn HDR and Bloom off on the main menu, and start building your way up to a better graphic level. Post your system specs in here as well.

I've got 3ghz core duo, 4 gig 667 corsair ram, 8800 gts and 3 case fans.
It's possible the game doesnt like me chosing 30 perks.
