It seems everyone gets instant sidebar powers with the .01 trainer.

You can see it at the bottom of the screen when it's supposed to be charging.

Soviet buildings don't insta-build right because they don't build via the side bar, they build on the field.

didn't realize that with the soviet buildings. hope theres a work around eventually
