heres a quick walkthrough for it:
after meeting jimmy, follow the gps to get to the hospital. enter the hospital and when you enter go down the corridor to your right. there is an open door there and iside the room is a yellow marker. stand on it and you will recieve doctors scrubs. then leave the room and turn right then immedietly left, now you should be in a long corridor. continue up the corridor antil you meet 2 peacekeepers (policemen) and then turn into the room with the patient lieing down, walk over to him and press lb when shown to unplug his lifesupport machine. leave the building quickly and quitely then lose any wanted level.
