Hi I live in Norway and have a Norwegian keyboard been pressing every button on the keyboard but cant seem to find the console button please help.

Do you have the ~ key? If so, and that doesn't work try adding -console to the path of the fallout 3 shortcut, usually works with most games. So it would be like "Blahblahblahfallout3.exe" -console

Try their forums, perhaps you will get better help, I'm downloading it from steam so I was just guessing that would work since it mostly does.

Dude, I'm norwegian. The console-key is the key left to "1". Over the tab-key... So there ya go
