ah that explains it. I was wondering why the hell he quit showing up. Was getting frustrated because one of the next weapons I get is the mortar and I'm tired of having to find me a mortar in the wilderness/safehouses

Maybe I have a defective mortar but every time I shoot the mortar the only thing that comes out is yellow smoke. Aren't mortar shells suppose to explode when it hits a target?

ETA: I didn't know you could change the round by pressing R.
