talked to both people at mikes bar mission won't complete for find medicine there.any suggestions?

I saved the game after getting the medicine from the priest,then started the game up with the new trainer and got my first mission after that and nobody died so it looks good for now,Thanks.

the circle is around the priest who is in the rear of the building. the door to the inside is on the other side of the church. not the door within/behind the marker

after talking to the man on chair go near to him
u will see a hand sign press e [interact] to accept the mission
if this not helps then look for an tape recorder pick it up then the mission list will be surely updated

while in town the right door to enter the church lies at the middle road of the town there r few steps just before the door
hope i healped

i have complected 32% of game where i killed one of the leader of APL group after this i was ambushed at bar i am not sure that my buddies r killed or alive.
i am screwed jackal helps me out
i only want to ask that is there any alternative option or i will face this situation in way i complete the missions
