xbox live support dosnt work. i was on the phone with them and two hours, 6 people, and 18 holds later i was exactly where i started. also why is this under feedback?

You shouldn't have given your XBL information to such an obvious phishing scam.

There's really nothing you can do except contact Xbox Live support and hope they can help retrieve your account.

And dont bother calling MS tonight or tomorrow if you do.. I was on the phone for 50 mins today.... They have their own problems at the support HQ in Asia >_>. They couldnt find my 360's serial in the data base and when we did they werent able to request a repair... And he said they were running updates to fix more bugs....
