U know that mission where u go into the police station and get the cameras for the sons of saundi leader so u can kill him and go back 2 the safe house? Well how do u get 2 the next mission?

I'm assuming you've successfully completed that mission right? If so, then just earn enough respect to fill the bar, and the marker will begin to blink on your map (it should show up on your radar too around the outer edge).

as far as i can tell that's the last mission for that one, i think all the gangs unite against the saints after you take all the territories, extra missions as they did in the first game

Nope there is one more mission after it called "The Shopping Maul- The Final Blow". That is the last one of the Samedi Missions. I haven't played them yet but thats what my guide book says.

If your playing missions and you have ATLEAST X1 under your weapon icon. then you can paly missions BUT!. if you play to many missions they will stop coming so what you gotta do is destroy there strongholds. if you destroy all there strongholds first then you can do all the missions with no delays

was ganna post this myself but Wizey posted first, after some of the missions strongholds will open up and you have to go and take care of those first if there is no option for you to do a mission. just go under your map and filter it to show only strongholds.
