After an elevator starts going up stand in the way back left corner and keep walking back and left, now draw your weapon (I only have the cutter [going for acheivement]) and you'll slowly fall through the floor. Not too cool because you're then stuck in the bottom of the shaft and nowhere to go. but hey its a glitch.
