yeah thats it name says it all can someone tell me what is a trainer

A trainer is a program that you download that contains game override information. This allows you to use such features as unlimited health, unlimited money etc. Become an UNL. MEMBER to gain access to these trainers. Trainers are PC exclusive.

Copy-Paste from trainer instructions:
"A trainer is a program written to intercept and alter the memory addresses of a game. Trainers usually have to be running in memory the entire time the game is loaded. Since trainers address specific memory locations, they usually only support a specific version of a game. This file is not supported in multiplayer or online games."
