Game doesn't appear to be out here either in the UK All retailers are stating 7th November as release date Is it only available in certain countries?

The game has been finished. Cdv and deepsilver
just decided not to release it to test the
game more.Try playasia they sell the
international english version.And yes the game
is in english not just the installation.
the english version was released in other
countries by differnt publishers.
