S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky Message Board  

The 1.5.0.5 Mega Trainer breaks my install. I am unable to load any saves or even start a new game when the 1.5.0.5 Mega Trainer is running. I'm on Vista H.P. 32-bit and yes I run the trainer as administrator. I downloaded the 1.5.0.4 Mega Trainer and it works flawlessly with v.1.5.0.5. Hope this helps someone else...cheers!

it shouldnt break your install,if you've patched your game up with v1.5.0.5 that is why i assume,they made the v1.5.0.5 trainer,goodluck.

this is because you're using a bogus 1.5.05 no-cd fix which just replaces dll's with the previous version.

Not true, but perhaps the patch did not apply properly. The game seems to run fine otherwise, I will reinstall and repatch and see what happens.

PWiz is right. Addressing is different with each update of the trainer. Have a hash check over the files and see if they match..

I didn't do the hash check but the patch must not have applied correctly the first time. I reinstalled the game, downloaded the patch again and applied it and now the trainer works great. CH is, as always, awesome.
