I think all of u dudes have alreaD notice this red orb source...it's in a place name the Underground after fighting the skeletons on the lift...when u make ur way down u will C a rope...u have 2 use that to get past the lava and when ur on it the Archers will attack u...anyway reach the Archers kill them so that other enemies show up...kill all of ur enemies but leave one Medusa...then deflect her gaze and while she is stoned crush her...after u destroyed her,quickly press the Select button and choose to Restart at the last checkpoint before any red orb hits Kratos's boD...when u restart u will see urself in front of the stoned Medusa,and u will notice that ur red orb account has increased...do the same thing while she is stoned again and again and get tons of red orbs...
It worked but in titan mode I lost red orbs

If u do it currectly even if u Die u will respawn @ the Moment that the Medusa is Stoned,
So u can do it again and again,
Unless u turn off the PS2,
And not save ur Progress...
