    Yes, you can. Bring the fossils to Oreburgh city, the city with the first gym leader, and into the museum. In the museum, you will see two people behind a desk. The guy to the right will bring them back to life. You must have one empty spot in the party for each fossil you choose to resurrect.
    Currently lost, I make my way through life somehow without being in complete despair. Mostly alone due to timidity and fear, I wait for someone to clear the fog and break the shell hidden within.

    Adding to that, it tak barely any time. Just walk in the mine, deposit your fossil, walk out, then back in, and your fossil will be resurrected!
