You just posted they fled from Halo from the flood but did they find time to lock them into that room where the master chief finds them in h1?
It doesn't make much sense I think.

i believe that the flood are really a race of hyper intelligent pan dimensional beings. ie mice.

some one said to me that a race of spartans created the rigs and the flood i dont get that??? ( maby he dosent like spartans or halo)

maby the flood is anouther racs that fond the halo rigs befor the humans or covanant. and made them tere home with out knowing that thay are wepons. 🤔

If you think about it though the flood monsters are transformed human/covenant and in the level Arbiter I saw mini-flood being made...sooo
