Just let me what you need shiny, I have mostly all shiny OU/UU/BL exception of "Starters" also "Arceus, Creselia, Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Rayquazza, Groudon, Ho-oH, Moltres, Zapdos, Articuno, Heatran, Giratina, Jirachi, Celebi, Entei, Suicune, Raikou, Phione, Manaphy, Latios, Latias, Mew, Mew2 and Mespirit."

All other Legends such as: Palkia, Dialga, Rotom, Deoxys, Regigigas, Darkrai, Uxie,and Azelf are All Shiny and (UT) and LEGIT. I also have a shiny Lugia lvl 100.
