Get 9,999,999 Coins: Get 10 coins. When you do, go to the Tic Tac Trump game in the casino. Bet 6 coins, don't double, and lose. Even though you have 4 coins left, the game will allow you to bet 6 coins. Do this and lose, you will now have -2 coins. Quit Tic Tac Trump, but play again, bet any amount, and win. You will now have 9,999,999 coins.

Thanks, But that is kinda pointless. Casino coins are used to build some of the worst and crappiest stuff. Such as the 20000 coin robot head that is for the useless statue.
