i know this is pretty much a dead thread, but i keep getting the java error even tho i have the most up to date java. some of the instructions didnt really make sense, is there a video somewhere that actually shows step by step?

btw i have vista 64 bit

try google for mods

need some help plz I can't get the save editor to work, I'm running win 8 and have newest version of java. It says it can't find the file. it says unable to locate the directory for the witcher.

I have win 8 and up to date java and have tried all the suggestions and it will not acknowledge anything. I keep getting the error in the afore mentioned. plz help.

Hello there, sorry for such a late reply. Hopefully, you got it to work by now, if not, this will probably help.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_25\bin\javaw.exe" -DTW.language=3 -jar -DTW.install.path="D:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\The Witcher Enhanced Edition" -jar TWEditor.jar -Xmx256m

What you will have to change are probably java to the latest update, jre1.8.0_25 are the most updated one.
The second thing you would need to change are where you installed your game, just find the folder and "copy adress with text". Dont change anything else other than -DTW.language=3 for your own liking. The "3" = English, so in your case, you shouldn't.

Other than that, keep all the files from TWEditor together!

Well I just managed to find it and it works on Win 7 fine. I have uploaded it to my box server.
