I think there is something wrong with either the Unlimited Steam Trainer file or the zip file its packed in. For one thing the trainer takes about ten seconds to unpack from the ZIP file. Even though testing the Zip shows no errors it is odd that there would such a hesitation to extract a small file.
Then when I activate the trainer, the trainer will activate but that's it. There is not even a 'Trainer Cannot Find Game' voice when pressing F1 without starting the game.
All my other trainers are working fine but for some reason this one is a giant bust and yes I did check the 'troubleshooting guide'.
