I found this glitch very useful when I was collecting spare parts.When I was doing the first Chinese mission I discovered that I kept collecting the same spare part when I completed the mission I went to eheck if it still worked on the parts I had already collected and I learned that I could collect to same spare parts every time I died the progress in the information area kept growing but the popup said the amount of parts I had really collect, but back to the glitch.Every time I drove or walked past an area that I had collected a part I recollected it.

i have that same problem w/ that; i'll be up in a helicopter and it will say i collected a spare part, even when i don't approach it! it's weird, and it gets ridiculous after a while.
