I've been using Cheathappens for a while and last year updragde to UNL. However, I came on the site a week or so ago to download a trainer and found that I couldn't login into my account. The system said that my Alias doesn't exist even thought it does.
If I get my Alias and pass sent to me by e-mail - it tells me them and it says I'm still a member, also when I tried to re-register with the new username it said that the alias already exists. I've tried to login quite a few times with no luck.
I've sent two e-mails asking for help and received no reply so I thought I'd re post my problem here. I also paid for the UNL subscription again because I thought that was the problem and the system let me put it through on my old alias. So the system let me pay for something which I cannot use.
Thats the problem, I know my username and pass is right. However, every time I try to login it tells me Alias doesn't exist, even though it clearly does.
