Beat the Battle Tower, get a 100 win streak or more there, make your Secret Base amazing and mix records, complete your full Pokedex.

You have to beat the E4 to even have a chance to catch the Laits?

yes i have beaten the E4 and caught latios and the regis i had the gold trainer card how can i make the launches in the mossdeep city to 100 times? and are there other legendaries to be caught?
