Crap. I was hoping that the staff would count as filling the life spots for the Ecology badge, lol.

just get the largest cargo and it's no big deal to terraform some planets to T3.
Easy way to get cargo 3 is finding a system with planets with different spice color. I found one with 3 blue, 1 pink and 1 green. i made them all T3 and built colonies there (+132 per hour) maybe it was luck but the pink spice planet bought the blue spice for 26k a piece (and the blue spice planet bought the green/pink for 15k a piece)..so I just had to fly a bit around the system and selling spice and soon I got the badge for largest cargo (took me 10 minutes or so)
