Has anyone figured out a way to get rid of the ring in the space stage? I know getting the badges and Intergalactic drives increase it, but is there anyway to simply take it away?

nope. don't know how. but i think its because they only want one way for you to get to the center.

took me forever. but i got to the center.

Well I managed to change the ring size, to full size at all times, but your ship still sees a "invisible" ring. So I am going to dig deeper into it tonight.

Yes, can you please share how you did that? That would be great for getting to the center of the galaxy!

Sorry, I see my post wasn't very clear.

The ring size doesn't change anymore when you get near the center, but the distance you can travel still lowers when you get near the center. So it doesn't work yet but I have the feeling I am on the right track, to nail this.
