When I rented Mercs 2 everyone here saw me on it for almost 48-72 hours straight... Well dont do that... It also ate my 2nd copy of used Chromehounds (first 360 ate my first copy of it) BEFORE I EVEN GOT TO PLAY IT AGAIN... and it froze on oblivion more than usual...
I talked to "mike" the computer who handles phone lines, for 10 mins I actually argued with it until it auto connected to a human, who had a hard time editing my report from yesterday so i was on hold while she closed it and reopened another... Then I got really mad when I found out she was going to make me get the box my self this time....
All and all Microsoft has the WORST on hold music.. Listening to the Xbox 360 cut on 500+ times with a really bad rapper is worse than elevator music.
