For some reason I thought this game was Digital Download only. But when I use it with the copy I purchased from D2D, it always crashes. So at least for my downloadable version, it does not work.
You need to download the CD patch for the retail, boxed game. It is compatible with the download version, and the trainer will work just fine after you've overwritten a few files with those included in the CD patch.

Any idea where to find the Retail CD patch? I've checked the net and all i seem to find is Translation patches for Japan to English..
