Well I did a some testing around that will actually help you out. The player needs to activate the option for AP, then immediatly deactivate before advancing the turn, and his ap will be set to 255. For the TP option, the player needs to activate it, then do something that increases their orginal tp, so drill troops, recruit troops, inspect a city etc. etc., then once that happens the tp is set to 10,000, immediatly deactivate the option BEFORE advancing the turn.
They key concept is, don't have the options on while the turn advances or else all the computer players get teh same benefits.

ok i fixed the problems and added 3 more options to this game. it's 1AM here so i am calling it a night. i doubt we add much more to this game with so many other games out right now. make sure you read the new instructions-

Just wanted to know if you guys can put in few more options to set the spear/pike/horse/crossbow to max and as well as freeze these values once set(so that it wont drop once we use these resources)? i manage to set them using artmoney tool, but seems hard to do it for all the cities ..
if you use the health cheat on the buildings your developing they will be done in one turn, just don't use it on the city's and harbor's, makes it all buggy. besides, as for research and weapons, you don't want to conquer china in one turn.
