EV stands for Effort Value, they are used in a higher level of playing Pokemon.

I made 2 Codes for Solving the Problem of getting the missing PokeTech Apps. The First way is for the Lazy People that don't want to hunt for the Apps. It simply gives you all the PokeTech Apps. The Second way is for the People that Have Already gotten all but the Last 2 Apps. It Activates The Event to give you the last Two Apps Stopwatch and Alarm Clock.
