does any one know how to get plakia dialgia and how can my giritina stay in it's forme it was in when it was in distortion world

After you beat the Pokemon League you go to Turnback Cave and in Giratina's usual room there is a portal. Press A on it and you're back in the Distortion World, there will be an item called Griseous Orb at the end of the maze. Give that to Giratina and it stays in Origin Forme AND its Ghost and Dragon attacks are boosted.
