A XP hack can be use yes but at your problem... because if blizzard found you use this ... bye bye you have a avertissement and can be go to remove acount and block CD-Key for Ever...
think about it before use this ...

Don't know what XP hack your talking about but I do know that if you go into a town, rest, and then stop playing for a long time, then your rest bar will be super high so you get a ton of the extra rest XP which can be very fun
