Hi, just wanna mention that a patch came out for this game. The patch is downloaded automatically when signing-in LIVE in the game.

trainer no longer works with patch. There are issues with patching as well if u guys need help. The solution if it says failed to patch is"I have gone back to playing The Club after a break and encountered the same problem using the Steam version. I've been tackling this for the last hour and have come up with a solution. My thoughts were that although the update process failed, the downloaded files should be downloaded somewhere, although they do get deleted at some point (maybe when running the game again).

1. You are prompted to update from within the game.

2. The game quits and asks you if you want to quit, say 'yes' and nothing happens or you get a message saying the update has failed.

3. Go to C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Microsoft\XLive\Updates
(I'm using Vista so if your using XP the path will be different)

4. Inside the updates folder will be other folders with random numbers and letters. One of these will contain a cabinet file named '10000082', which has already been unpacked into a folder named 'Content'. Inside 'Content' is another folder named 'Data', the files in the 'Data' folder are the ones you want.

5. Copy the files and folders in the 'Data' folder to The Club's installation directory keeping the folder structures intact and overwriting the existing files.

to help others out, i figured out how to actually make the game patch itself properly.

browse to:

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Microsoft\XLive\SysCache

and delete all files inside of this folder, then start the game and the patch will go threw flawlessly.

i've also posted the patch itself in hopes to bring on a new trainer.
