We currently don't have any Pokemon Emerald trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

I only know of two ways, go to a Nintendo event or use an action replay/gameshark.

its a special event that allows you to get codes for special Pokemon and some times play the news Pokemon games that are to be released soon. they are quite rare and to get on in your town would be about once a year.

like i said, it's random where they're going to show up next. My advice, look it up on Google or something, as i have little knowledge of Nintendo events, nor have i ever been to one.
