When you subscribe to a blog, every time you click on the "my blogs" link, you'll be brought to a list of the most recent blogs that you've subscribed to.
For example, I subscribe to potato_chips's blog, so whenever I click the "my blogs" link in my CHU dashboard, I can see his most recent blog without having to search his name or hope it's in the top twelve most recently created blogs.
