All the golden parts can be found on pirate ships. You just have to find the right ones. There is always a pirate ship behind the Isle of Ruins. Most of the time, the ship has a golden rail or golden cabin. on the the south eastern part of the map in the south east corner, there is usually a pirate ship that sometimes drops golden parts. Check it out.
