how do i acses it?

in down right corner on your desktop near the clock should be icon of your anti-virus program. Just right click on it and click on ''Turn Off'' or ''Exit''.

ok hold on whte if it dosent work

then its something else.

it says on the trainer help paper that if it dosent work go to the forums on cheat happens troubel shooting guide

and it says press desired option key do u know whet that means
on the game and i got the 2.300 vershon

if you have version 2.300 of the game then download trainer which is version 2.300 and in the main menu press F1 to activate trainer and while playing press the Numpad numbers to activate desired cheats.

thats bull **** i did it it worked but now wen i go on the game and press the num pade buttens it dont work every thing elese works but that num pade itel say actavated than wont work!!!

By your words i assume that you haven't got the proper Vers. trainer, i mean when it says activated but the options not working
then the memory values haven't altered by the trainer.
