How do you catch a latios if you've beaten the elite four but he doesn't show up on the map. he did

We currently don't have any Pokemon Emerald trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

Well its kinda random for him to show up
you'll find him just about anywhere in the wild

Contrary to popular belief, they appear over random bodies of water, not random grassy areas like previous roaming legendaries =]

when i first saw it, it was next to lilycove but i made it faint by accident.

If I recall correctly, they don't come back if you knock them out. Sort of a one-time only deal.

Yeah if you make it faint and save you cannot make it apear another time.

Just like all the other legendaries.
