If a car is rare, that doesn't mean you'll never see one. If you find even one by luck and you drive around in it, then you'll see tons of them driving around. That happens with all the cars.

I still think that the infernus is more rare, but the comet is also very unusual

Throughout the GTA series, the fastest car in the game has always been the rarest as well. In GTA IV, the Infernus is the fastest.

you can easily find that car Near four dragons casino or in the same city near your girl friend house i don't member his name but she become our girlfriend on a mission from where we have to get the key

Oh that's interesting, especially since the Four Dragons Casino is in GTA San Andreas, NOT GTA IV along with everything else you just said.
