The steering is super . You must practice your driving skills . I am playing GRID from 3 weeks , and i won fast all races in ninja difficult ( without trainer ) .
I agree, i Like it! it actually takes some skill to drive, unlike the NFS series. The cars feel more realistic, and the damage done to your car actually impacts performance, which is a nice change of pace from NFS.

i agree with all of you this game needs mass amounts of work on the stering and damage functions but it is a hard core game for those of us that like a real challange and online free drift is the funnest thing to do. peace out
I agree that the steering system is a BIT slow (about a tenth of a second, but that can mean everything), but I found that over time, I just got used to it.
Yes lets all get it for free on torrent then they can stop making p.c games altogether. This is a good game with a Logitech G15 wheel

I love the NFS Series, but i also love playing GRID, its more realistic than NFS. You could finish a race in need for speed just by holding the accelerator and using the walls to guide you. In GRID you have to actually take into account the forces acting on your car. You WILL spin out if you dont take the turn correctly. I was frustrated with this at the beginning but after putting alittle More than 5 minutes into playing, i was able to master the corners. I beat the game about a month ago and am starting over! Its an amazing game!
