Here's the readme on the options:

Options

Numpad 1: Money
Numpad 2: Carnage Total Score
Numpad 3: Flatout Cup Points
Numpad 4: Nitro
Numpad 5: Bomb Timer
Numpad 6: Time Trial Timer

Notes
--------

First, this game is a Windows LIVE game, which means that it checks itself regularly for
changes to it's code. Therefore, programs like our trainer can sometimes be detected by
LIVE, which the game will crash in those instances or close. Therefore we have done our
best to make these options 'invisible' to Windows LIVE checks, although if you use
the options repeatedly you run a greater risk of detection. As always, we do not support
use of this trainer online or in multiplayer situations.

Numpad 1: Money- To use this option you need to be at the Main screen before you
select the FLATOUT MODE race icon. Press this option then select the FLATOUT
MODE race icon. You have about 2 seconds to select the icon before this option
deactivates itself.

Numpad 2: Carnage Total Score- To use this option you need to be at the Main screen before you
select the CARNAGE MODE race icon. Press this option then select the CARNAGE MODE
race icon. You have about 2 seconds to select the icon before this option
deactivates itself.

Numpad 3: Flatout Cup Points- To use this option you need to be at the Main screen before you
select the FLATOUT MODE race icon. Press this option then select the FLATOUT
MODE race icon. You have about 2 seconds to select the icon before this option
deactivates itself. You need to already be part of a Cup race series. You will see
that you are now the leader with 200 points.

Numpad 4: Nitro- To use this option, you need to be within a race that the Nitro can be used
and see the Speedometer/Nitro meter. This will give you unlimited Nitro. Probably
best to activate this at the start of the race and then deactivate it after the race
is over to prevent trainer detection/crashes.

Numpad 5: Bomb Timer- To use this option, you need to be within a race that bomb timer is active.
You need to activate this during the race when you see the timer moving. Probably
best to activate this at the start of the race and then deactivate it after the race
is over to prevent trainer detection/crashes. You may have to deactivate this option
to finally complete the race, otherwise you will drive indefinitely in some cases.

Numpad 6: Time Trial Timer- To use this option, you need to be within a race that is only
one racer, (YOU), where you are racing to get best time on the track.
You need to activate this during the race when you see the timer moving. Probably
best to activate this at the start of the race and then deactivate it after the race
is over to prevent trainer detection/crashes. You may have to deactivate this option
to finally complete the race, otherwise you will drive indefinitely in some cases.

Can you add in to the trainer No Car Damage thank you

The timer trial timer does not seem to work. The time stops in the upper right corner but when the race is over it has my actual time. any ideas?
