Hi guys. I've worked my way through Airborne to the end of Market Garden. I've completed all the listed objectives but the game does not move on to Varsity. Is there a hidden objective or something else I have to accomplish before the game moves on? I'm not the greatest shot in Airborne. The mouse seems to lag a lot and is "mushy," so, getting on target quick is quite the hassle, so my stats are kinda crappy. Does that affect the advancement of the game?
I've been in contact with EA tech support, trying to find out if this could be a glitch that I am experiencing. Not much help there.
I'd appreciate any help you can offer.
Also, since I have your ears, the .0 to .1 update worked fine, but the .1 to .2 could not find a copy of MOHA on the machine to update. What the heck could that be all about?

    Thanks!

I played and beat this for the 360, if it wasn't for all the horrendous glitches I probley would've bought this...it's probley a glitch you've got but first pause the game and check to make sure you've gotten all the objectives. They are as follows-

    Sabotage Bridge Demolitions Equipment
    Disable Explosives Plunger
    Disable Radio Equipment
    Secure Town of Nijmegan
    Collect Gammon Grenades
    Knock out Roving Tiger Tank
    Clear MG Nests (3)
Clear Resistance and Assemble with Airborne
    Knockout Tiger Tank
Assemble With Airborne at Bridge Surface
    Clear and Secure Bridge
    Knockout Tiger Tank

The absolute last thing you have to do is destroy the tank on the bridge then the level will end...if you've done so (and completed all the objectives above) and still nothing then you've got one of the games many glitches. I would recommend uninstalling your game, then reinstalling it and try again. I hope this helps...good luck, let me know if you need more help

Thanks, Jackal. I've reinstalled this game a couple of times. I do it, again. Maybe it'll "take" better, this time. As a "geezer" I'm still amazed at these games. Even with the glitches, these games, Like MOH and CoD, are good cardio exercise. They get my heart rate up, real good. Half Life is good, too. I've wondered if the movie clip at the end of Market Garden is corrupted and just isn't playing. I remember WIN98 OS. If the shutdown music didn't play, the system wouldn't shut down. Computers! I hate 'em, no, love 'em. Thanks.

I know what you mean, around here I'm considered a geezer and I'm only 22 There's a reason why I switched to console over PC, too much upgrading to play everything...something always goes wrong

I'm a WW2 nut myself, I love that time in history, the genre gives us a look at least at what it was like to be a soldier back then during a real war...

I wouldn't mind doing the console thing but the controllers baffle me. Are there keyboard and mouse capabilities on any of the consoles? 22 and a geezer, huh? I can't even remember being 22 years old!

Well considering most here are 10-15 I guess I am...

You just need to learn how to use it, its not difficult. Once you get it playing games are much more enjoyable then fumbling with a keyboard...I don't think there are keyboard and mouse functions for any consoles out there
