I think it is a really good team, but first you should replace either Blaziken or Charizard with a Psychic Pokemon, it will help you a lot when you go into battle with the Elite Four.

That would be good. Mewtwo or a strong Pokemon like Alakazam.

were do u get blast burn, hydro cannon, and freinseplant on sapphire i haven't really found it yet

I don't think you can get those moves in Sapphire, or Ruby, or Emerald.

ur team isnt as good as mine but 3 of them are good
