i've searched forum for you. few ppl say that uploading graphic drivers to latest possible version.

I never thought of doing that! Of course I did that. I updated to the most recent drivers and also tried several previous drivers and still got the same exact texture result.
Either way, it doesn't matter anymore. I don't care about not being able to play both of those games. When I get my new PC, than I'll try again. But as for now, I'm done trying.
wait...how come your graphics are ok on CoH, which requires at least 5 times stronger graphics, but not ok on KotOR?
