    ya boi you should take off thundershock because it's power is the weakest move for raikou because thunder is powerful and it may parilize!!

    Its actully good though you have a tiny weekness for ice bit its not a problem,so i say 8.5/10,and i think it'll be good to make Kadabra learn better moves than Trick and Role play
