To yai boi you should evolve shelder at about L50 after you learn ice beam

i heard that in vermilion city if you don't learn cut from the ss anne and trade pokemon with a freind which knows cut instead and don't go on if you come back when you learn surf you go behiend the ss anne and there is a truck and inside there is a lava cookie is that true 🤔
