Does anybody know a cheat for POKEMON SAPPHIRE that makes it so you can catch other persons pokemon?

Dear Kirby Boo and Pokegod,
you get a lucky egg off of chansey. A chansey is already rare enough but you only have a 5% chance your chansey will have one. it took me two hours to find mine. And kirby boo, a lucky egg multiplies the amount of experience you recieve by 1.5

this note goes out to everyone. It is not a very good idea to start EV training until you are finished with the game. What is EV training you say?
An ev is an effort value and you recieve it from defeating different pokemon. Most pokemon give one type of EV. For Example, knocking out a zangoose will give you 2 attack evs, a geodude will give one defense ev. Get ten of any ev and your stat will go up for that ev. My zangoose (Lv 100) has 372 attack, 111 defense, 73 special attack, 113 special defense, 320 Hp, and 305 speed. I chose its nature (adament) that i wanted it to be, and kept on catching zangoose (using an Ar)I would then train it against machamp for attack, and ninjask for speed. Don't believe me? try it for yourself.
A rare candied Groudon has from 300-330 attack. This is why people say rare candied pokemon suck, it's true.
If you don't play other people, then it's not worth it. Note: A nintendo official is now using my zangoose set.

Im joking about the boot thing, slap on a salac/liechi berry. Use swords dance first and take a hit. The berry activates and you use flail to knock everything out. (except for ghost and steelix/aggron) Taunt is there for dusclops or some other annoyingly hard to KO pokemon

note:
dont use my flail goose. ill knock you out through your computer if you do. Thats right, its mine so no Toucha!! If you do, ill make sure you die a slow gunshotty death. A while back i posted a yanma moveset, no toucha!! same for this tauntridos:

hey kirby boo heheehe its good to see you again.hey i am not missing i am still here hehe none can get me out of the way.OK pokemon master is not around for one personal reason which i cant tell it on public and because he has lot of home work beside christmas are comming i bet he is getting ready for them buying stuff.But have no fear pokemon master left some good lads here to take care of you. It is a item that gives you more EXP in battle.
