i dont think you should keep him in either. hes hard to use. he can learn a lot of special moves but his special attack is low. he can be useful however, if you slap on a choice band. It makes any physical move do damage as if it were super-effective. the catch is that you can only use one move. so if you used earthquake, you would be forced to use it each turn unless you switch. Sadly, aggrons sky-high defense cant make it useful with
a 4x weakness to both fighting and ground. Go with steelix teach him explosion, toxic, rest, and sandstorm. it can knockout alot of thing with toxix and sandstorm and will take a ton of hits before u8sing recover. if you don't like him go with metagross

I'm having trouble finding a good sixth for the Elites. This is my party right now: Dragonite, Vileplume, Blastoise, Alakazam, and Raichu. If anyone can suggest a good sixth (preferably a ground or rock) please do so. Thanks in advance.

Can anybody explain these stats to me:

Attack
Defense
SP. Attack
SP. Defense

lets make it simple moves are divided into two main categories. special moves and regular moves. each category has two divisions. attack and defens
normal moves~
moves like tackle where direct contact is made with the foe
special moves~
moves like water gun, ember, and absorb where no direct contact is made
now defense only deals with normal moves so the higher your defense the less damage moves like tackle will do
same thing for special attacks and special defense
