i wonder what should i do to people build tower in the city

you need to have a population of about 36 000 or something like that

no you start with small density then 0nce you reach 1100 pop. you zone with med density with water schools a clinic both lower funding, once you reach 26000 pop. zone with high density with parks lower pollution just try too make it before your economy crashes. i know how confusing this is but that's how you make skyscrapers good luck even tho i have delux edition

is any newer simcity ?

scs aka sim city sosietise to me its not a fun and creator for wii its just to freeken difficult to control with the remote but that my opinion hav fun
